This programming focuses on the four essential barbell lifts—squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press—plus targeted accessory work to build bulletproof joints and functional strength.

Perfect for beginners through intermediate lifters who want to get seriously strong without specialized equipment. All you need is a barbell, dumbbells, a power rack, and a flat bench.
